Chapter 32: The Final Spell

It was completely quiet at what was once a party the guests were enjoying. It appeared Mewtwo’s actions had now killed one of the Pokemon Trainers, as Ash Ketchum, has been turned to stone. Ash’s Pikachu ran up to the statue of his master.
“Pikapi?” asked Pikachu. “Pikachu!” it continued. “Chuuuuuuuuuu!” said Pikachu, launching an electricity attack, failing to revive Ash. “Chuuuuuuuuu!” it said, as it tried again.
“Please, no!” said Misty, with tears wellowing up in her eyes.
Jake was flabbergasted, and angry. His fists started to clench up in rage. The one trainer he was keeping an eye on, entirely for the better of, had been turned to stone. “Mewtwo!” Jake screamed angrily, and then launched toward Mewtwo. Mewtwo pacified Jake with his Psychic Power, or so he thought, Jake was actually able to resist Mewtwo’s Psychic Power!
“What? No!” said Mewtwo, as Jake continued to lunge toward him with an angry look on his face.
“Huuuaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!” Jake yelled, as he successfully punched Mewtwo in the head, breaking one of his helmet’s eyeholes. Jake wasted no time further attacking Mewtwo, completely furious at what Mewtwo has done. Every human and Pokemon in the room could not believe what was happening, all while Ash Ketchum lay on the floor with his Pikachu and friends crying for him. Suddenly, a toilet flushing noise was made, and Drew walked into the room.
“Hey, what’s going on here?” Drew asked, noticing all the Pokemon and commotion. “Ooooh, I go to the bathroom for a few minutes, and all the excitement happens. I’ll be waiting outside.” Drew said, as he walked outside.
Jake was choking Mewtwo’s neck with the tentacle tube that extended from Mewtwo’s head to its back. “Pikablu! Attack with Thunder Wave!” Jake commanded, as he held Mewtwo in place. Pikablu fired a weak wave of electricity that jolted Mewtwo, and paralyzed it. “Now!” Jake said, ready to finish Mewtwo off. “Porygon! Go into Mewtwo’s brain and SCRAMBLE IT!” Jake commanded to Porygon.
“Porygon, Porygon!” Porygon said, as it transformed into energy and entered the console that controlled Mewtwo’s armor. Suddenly, Mewtwo lost complete control of its body, which went limp, and floated in the air.
“Oh no, what is happening?” asked Brian. Mewtwo then thrusted its lower body back and forth, then it fell onto the floor on its back, its midsection then starting to thrust itself, it appeared Mewtwo was having a seizure as it screamed with agony. Just then, the castle started to collapse, the machine started to smoke and crackle with electricity.
“Porygon! Get out of there!” Jake commanded, and at that instant, Porygon successfully exited the console.
“Quick! We gotta recall our Pokemon!” said Matthew.
“But what about Ash?” asked Brock, the recent fisticuffs fight between Jake & Mewtwo causing everyone to forget about him. Jake stuck his hand into his pocket, and discovered the vial Alex gave him.
“Alex said when the time comes, I’ll know when to use this!” Jake said, pulling the vial out. “It says “KO-35” on it! And didn’t the people at the seaport talk on about healing tears? These have to be KO-35 Tears!” Jake finished, and ran up to petrified Ash, his Pikachu still standing by hoping its own tears would bring Ash back.
Jake poured the entire vial of KO-35 Tears onto the stone body of Ash, and he was instantly revitalized. “Ohhh. What has happened?” Ash asked, dazed and confused.
“There’s no time!” Jake said, “We gotta get out of here!” he exclaimed, as debris started to quickly fall onto the ground.
“Return, everyone!” Ash said, recalling his five Pokemon.
“Come on! We gotta escape!” said Jake, grabbing Ash by the arm and attempting to catch up with the others, also escaping. Jake took one more look at Mewtwo, its body now lay motionless as stone and pillars fall around it. “I cannot believe all that worked!” thought Jake to himself. Jake and Ash successfully escaped the collapsed castle of New Island. Corey, Fergus, Neesha, Adam, Brian, Matthew, Marble, Drew and Brock & Misty waited with concern, and were happy to see everyone made it out safely.
“Ash! You’re okay!” said Misty.
“Jake, you’ve saved Ash!” Brock said.
“Just looking out.” Said Jake.
“Wait a minute.” Said Adam. “What ever happened to that woman?” Everyone started chattering about her, so much was going on they all completely forgot.
“She’s alive everyone.” Said Drew. “I took the liberty of distracting her.” He said, using quotation emphasis finger waggles while saying “distracting” with a sly smile on his face. All of a sudden a hatch swung open, and a man and a woman wearing matching white t-shirts and their Meowth fell out.
“Ooooh. I was prepared for trouble, but not for all that!” said the man.
“Next time, do as I say! I think we had to miss the whole party thanks to you and your lousy sense of direction!” said the woman.
“It’s not my fault that guy appeared from out of nowhere!” the man argued.
“Would you two stop fighting!” shouted the Meowth, its voice sounding like a talking cat.
“Hey!” said Jake, approaching them. “You’re the ones they call “Team Rocket” aren’t you?” Jake asked.
“Uhhh.” Said the man & woman in unison.
“Um, lets pretend we never were here!” said Meowth, noticing the eleven trainers, making them outnumbered.
“I know!” said the man. “Go Weezing!” he said, releasing his Weezing. “Selfdestruct!” he commanded.
“Weezing, wee!” and the Weezing created an explosion.

We’re blasting off again!” *ding*

“Hey!” started Marble. “What’s going on Meaky?” he said, as his Magikarp started to glow white.
“It looks like your Magikarp is evolving!” said Fergus. “You already have one Gyarados, hope you’re prepared for another!” Sure enough, Meaky did evolve into a Gyarados, Marble having now acquired his Second one!
“Yes! Now I have two Gyarados!” said an excited Marble. “But Dratini…” He said as he bent down to have a word with Dratini. “We may not have found any other leads, but we will find out what has happened to your family. I promise.”
“Dratiniiii.” Said Dratini.
“There was already so much sadness we all go through.” Said Brian. “But Mewtwo wanted to make it even worse.”
“Fortunately we found a way to stop him.” Added Adam. “And we even got to see Mew!” he pointed out, for Mew was indeed still there, and had Mewtwo’s cloned Pokemon with it.
“What’s going to become of these cloned Pokemon?” Matthew asked.
“That’s up to Mew.” Jake said. “But I don’t see why they can’t work out in the wild.”
“I hope someday we will see you again, Mew.” Said Adam, waving the pink-white cat Pokemon goodbye.
“Myuuuuuuuuu” said Mew, who started flying away with the Poke-clones floating around it.

The sun was getting ready to rise, and the eleven trainers were getting ready to leave New Island. The weather was great, and fortunately, there were enough Gyarados’s to carry everyone back across to Fuchsia City. On the way back, Jake started a conversation with Ash.
“Ash, I’m sorry for how I’ve been to you.” Jake started.
“Apology accepted. Thank you for saving my life.” Ash responded.
“In time, your Charizard will start to obey you again, but until then, you are what needs to put effort into training it. And just to let you know, Charizard will never obey you if you keep making stupid faces at it.” Jake said, lamp shading the stupid things Ash does when Pokemon don’t obey him.
“I’ll do my best, and one day, I will become a Pokemon Master!” Ash said.
“That’s the spirit.” Jake said. “I hope to have an actual battle some day.”

It was morning at the seaport of Fuchsia City, all eleven trainers stood on the docks, facing toward New Island. “It’s a good thing we’re all going to remember this.” Said Brian. “Because to tell the truth, I don’t think this is the end.”
“Why not, Brian?” Matthew asked.
“You know, I do not know.” Brian answered, and all eleven trainers went their separate ways.
