Jason and Adam were on the Champion’s Platform at Indigo Plateau, ready to start their Pokemon Battle for the title of Pokemon Master.
“Adam, I hope you know I’m going to win. I keep telling you, I have Mewtwo.” Jason said.
“Yeah, well I have an Ultrazard!” Adam said.
“Oh, woop-dee-doo!” Jason said with a wicked look in his eyes.
“I’m gonna start with Pinko!” Adam said, throwing out a Poke Ball.
“Clefable!” said Pinko, Adam’s Clefable.
“Look, I’m only going to use one Pokemon, that’s Mewtwo. You’re going to lose.” Jason said, throwing his Master Ball.
“Hmmmmm!” Mewtwo said.
“How are you feeling Mewtwo?” Jason asked.
“Master, I am feeling fine.” said Mewtwo, apparently having relearned how to speak with its Psychic mind.
“Pinko, use Metronome!” Adam commanded.
“Mewtwo, put up a couple Barriers.” Jason commanded. Mewtwo obeyed, but only used Barrier once.
“Clefable!” Pinko said, waggling its fingers. “Clefable!” it said, using Fly and flying into the air, proving Clefable can Fly.
“Haha! Great!” Adam said. “Pinko, now use Ice Beam!” Adam commanded.
“Clefable!” said Pinko, despite currently using the move Fly, Pinko took out its Ice Gun and shot a Icy Beam to Mewtwo.
“Hurry Mewtwo, dodge it!” Jason commanded, but Mewtwo failed to escape in time and was shot with the beam.
“Agh!” Mewtwo said, pained from the searing ice.
“Mewtwo, use Recover!” Jason commanded.
“Hmmm.” Mewtwo said, as it relaxed itself and Recovered its own energy, all the way to full health.
“Oh no!” Adam said, knowing this ability of Mewtwo’s would make winning hard.
“Hahaha.” Jason evilly laughed.
“Pinko, use Fly!” Adam commanded,
“Clefable!” Pinko said, shooting through the sky towards Mewtwo.
*BOING*
Pinko just bounced off Mewtwo’s protective Barrier.
“Haha, time to end this, Mewtwo, Psychic.” Jason commanded.
“Hmmmm!” Mewtwo said, unleashing its Psychic Energy, severely draining Pinko of its HP, and fainting it.
“No! Pinko!” Adam said. “Aw. Return.” he said, recalling his unconscious Pokemon.
“Hahaha.” Jason evilly laughed.
“Grrr. I’m going to find a way to stop you Jason.” Adam said, taking out another Poke Ball. “I choose you, Flapper!”
“PIJON!” said Flapper, Adam’s Pidgeot.
“Haha, you noob trainers think Regional Birds are all powerful.” Jason said. “I’m gonna show you true power. Mewtwo, use Psychic.” Jason again commanded.
“Hmmmmm!” Mewtwo said, unleashing more Psychic Energy.
“Quick Flapper, Dodge it!” Adam attempted to command.
“PIJON!” Flapper said, as it was struck with the fast wave of Psychic Energy.
“No!” Adam said, as Flapper fell straight onto the ground, fainted.
“Hahaha!” Jason evilly laughed.
“There is no way! No way you should be this powerful Jason.” Adam said.
“But I am.” Jason responded. “Now Mewtwo, use Recover to Full Health.
“Hmmm!” Mewtwo said, as it absorbed its own energy, healing itself.
“No! No! No! You just don’t get it!” Adam said. “Go ‘Lectric!”
“Raichu!” said ‘Lectric, ready to fight.
“Raichu, use Torpedo, then Tail Slam when you get to Mewtwo!” Adam commanded.
“Raichu!” said ‘Lectric in acknowledgment. ‘Lectric then charged its body.
“Mewtwo, put up a couple Barriers.” Jason commanded. Once again, Mewtwo responded by using Barrier only once.
*BRRRR-ZAP!*
‘Lectric launched as an Electric Torpedo to Mewtwo.
“Try catch it with your Psychic mind.” Jason commanded, but too late, ‘Lectric succeeded in using Tail Slam on Mewtwo. “What the fuck Mewtwo!”
“Sorry Master...” Mewtwo said.
“Don’t worry about it, use Recover.” Jason commanded.
“Hmmm.” Mewtwo said, using Recover once again.
“Now use Psychic, KO that rat!” Jason commanded.
“Hmmmmmm!” Mewtwo said, launching another heavy Psychic wave.
“Raaaaiiiiii!” ‘Lectric said, damaged by the Psychic attack until depleting all its health.
“NOOOOOOO! ‘Lectric!” Adam shouted.
“Hahahahaha!” Jason laughed. “See? I’m just oh so powerful. I told you nothing was going to stop me.” he said.
I’m just going to have to go all out from now on.” Adam said, taking out a Poke Ball. “I choose you, Ultrazard!”
“ULTRAZARD!” shouted Ultrazard. The gargantuan dragon Pokemon was ready for battle. “Hah, I’m using my own Secret Pokemon. You’re in BIG trouble now!” Adam said with his own wicked look.
“Hah, do you really think so? Mewtwo, put up a couple Barriers.” Jason said, commanding to Mewtwo. Mewtwo used Barrier only once.
“Ultrazard, use Fire Blast!” Adam commanded.
“Ultrazard!” Ultrazard said, blasting out a ton of flames into the battlefield.
“Mewtwo, use Psychic!” Jason commanded.
“Hmmmm!” Mewtwo said, launching another Psychic wave. Ultrazard wasn’t fazed in the least.
“Wh-AAT?” Jason asked, in a significant way.
“Ultrazard, take to the sky!” Adam commanded.
“Shit.” Jason said, as Ultrazard started to Fly up into the sky. “Mewtwo, put up a couple Barriers.” he commanded to Mewtwo.
“Hmm.” Mewtwo said, using Barrier only once.
“Okay, Ultrazard, use Searing Missle!” Adam commanded, making up a move.
“ULTRA!” Ultrazard shouted, as it started to shoot with flames at Mewtwo.
*BOOM*
Ultrazard made heavy contact with Mewtwo, causing an explosion around themselves. Mewtwo was lying on the ground but eventually got back up. “Mewtwo, use Recover!” Jason commanded.
“Hmmmm!” Mewtwo said as it used Recover to restore it to full health.
All of a sudden, Mewtwo’s Purple skin started to glow Green.
“Haaaaaaaaaa.” Mewtwo said, apparently dazed.
“What the...” Jason said. “Mewtwo... are you alright?” he asked.
“Hmmmmm. I’m oooookay!” Mewtwo responded, kinda happily as if he was alright. Adam stood observing with concern.
This really freaked Adam out, Mewtwo’s body had just all of a sudden started to glow green.
What has happened to Mewtwo?
