This is Cyber Mew. When Matthew and Jake lost each other in the Rocket Casino, Matthew discovered this picture on a computer in an office. The few words on the screen identified it as Cyber Mew. In a skipped chapter, Brian invited Matthew to Cinnabar Lab to meet Professor Sashkatch, suspecting the "Yahoe" to be a mythical Pokemon, but that's another story.
After learning about the origin of Mewtwo (who, by the way, is thought to be dead), Matthew revealed to the Professor that he discovered the picture of Cyber Mew.
What is this Cyber Mew? What is Team Rocket up to? Does it have any connection to the Blue and Orange Glows?
