Chapter 94: Boj

The autumn skies above Viridian City’s outskirts were a bit unpleasant. The world was unfortunately at an end. Yet, the young Pokemon trainer Jamie was so eager to start his grand journey, a whole 6 weeks after selecting his Bulbasaur, but was put to a halt after his accident where he fell off a 3rd story window. Jamie was walking casually along with his Bulbasaur out of its Poke Ball. Jamie decided he wanted his Bulbasaur as more of a partner, so it’ll stay out of its Ball. “Alright Bulbasaur, the first gym is a Rock Type gym, we gotta level you up til you learn Razor Leaf.” Jamie said to his Bulbasaur.
“Bulbasaur.” said Bulbasaur, eager to begin training.
But as Jamie and Bulbasaur walked along through the path, they both fell into a pitfall. “Ow! What is this?” Jamie said, the fall made him a bit sore from still being in the hospital.
“Oi, whats going on here?” asked a voice from up above on ground level. Just then, a head poked into the hole. “Hey, what is this?” asked the kid.
“I just asked that!” Jamie said. “Did you do this?” he asked.
“Ah no, I wouldn’t even begin to know how to do it. Let me help you.” the kid responded, as he offered his hand up. The kid pulled Jamie out of the hole. He looked like a pretty every-day Pokemon world kid, one with curly hair.
“Thanks. I guess.” Jamie said.
“Don’t mention it. My name is Boj.” the kid said.
“Bodge?” Jamie said, hearing more emphasis on “dg”
“Yup, I do the Job!” Bodge said.
“What kind of a stupid name is that?” Jamie said with a scoff.
“Hmmmm, shut up.” Bodge said.
“Anyway Boj, you say you do the Job, huh?” Jamie asked. “What does that even mean? What could you do to help me?”
“Well.” Bodge said. “I could tell you a Secret.” Bodge said...
Jamie had a sudden glint in his eyes. “Did you just say, you know a Secret?” he asked.
“Join with me and I’ll tell you.” Bodge said with his own glint in his eyes. “My limo is right here.”
“I’m IN!” Jamie said, witnessing a limo he was invited into. Jamie promptly entered the limousine.
“Alright.” Bodge said, as he too entered the limo.
The limousine started to drive off. It was Ice Purple, had the words “Mirth” on it, and started to fly upwards into the sky. Then all of a sudden, the limousine shape-shifted into a more primitive type of craft. “Uh...” Jamie said, for he was captured, and had no way of turning back.
“Jamie.” Bodge said, despite not ever knowing Jamie’s name. “We are...
the Mirth.”

Chapter 93: The Adventure to the South

On Kanto Expressway from Celadon City to Fuchsia City was a car carrying the duo John and Psycho. Actually, Psycho had transformed himself into the car, as his body was merged into it. “Haha, hey bro, check this out.” Psycho said to John. Psycho-car drove up to a Police motorbike driving on the highway. “Hey, Officer!” Psycho shouted.
“Yes?” responded the Officer Jenny behind the wheel.
“I am the car, I’m gonna transform it!” Psycho said, as he then transformed the bottom of his car body into many, many legs, which proceeded to Flintstone down the street at 50MPH. Then, Psycho turned them back into wheels and added a rocket to his back end, shooting the Psycho-car into the sky.
“Hahahaha man!” John laughed. “You’re powers really are virtually endless!”
“I can become anything, ANYTHING I can think of!” Psycho responded. “Anyway, we gotta stop!” Psycho said, as he descended down onto the ground, right at the coast of Fuchsia City, where the endless sea goes further South, towards the Island of Lubbers. “Well, this is the point of no return.” Psycho said. “How many Random TM’s do you have left?” he asked John.
“About 15.” John answered.
You have four Pokemon, I think we might be okay.” Psycho said. “But from here on, lets fly by Helicopter.”
“Right, go Mankey!” John said, throwing out a Poke Ball.
“Mankey!” said John’s Mankey.
“Mankey, use Call a Helicopter!” John commanded.
Mankey puffed in his body and shouted “MAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNKEEEEEEYYYYYY!!!!!!”
From the Southern Seas came a Helicopter equipped for Sea Landing.
“Ah! Excellent!” Psycho said, as he jumped into the sky, turned his arms into wings and used them to break into, and toss the Helicopter pilot into the sea. Psycho then landed the Helicopter onto the beach. John and his Mankey entered into the Helicopter. This Helicopter was rather small, and could only fit two humans and a Pokemon. Mankey was then recalled into its Poke Ball. Piloted by John, the Sea Helicopter took off, and fluttered South, towards the Southern Islands.

Chapter 92: Oil Rig Revelations

On an Oil Rig off the east coast of Pallet Town, was Marble, the Dragon Trainer. At this point in his Pokemon journey, Marble had four Gyarados, all with nicknames. Fury, his first one, Meaky, his second one, Disaster, his third one, and Tempest, his newly captured one. Tempest was also a rare Shiny Red Gyarados. In addition, Bill, his Psyduck, was now a Golduck. Marble had been spending time on the Oil Rig training his Pokemon, all six of his Pokemon were out of their Poke Balls, including his Dragonair, who has still not reunited with its family.
“Alright, time to get some training in. We’re planning on going after Viridian Gym tomorrow!” Marble said. “Go Dragonair and Disaster!”
“Dragonair!” said Dragonair.
“Gyarados!” said Disaster.
“Disaster, use Flamethrower. Dragonair, use Confuse Ray!” Marble commanded to his Pokemon. Disaster launched its Fire breath to Dragonair, and Dragoinair did not do anything.
“Golduck! Golduck!” Bill said, getting Marble’s attention, as Bill had been watching over the mysterious Blue egg Marble had acquired in the Seafoam Islands from Jason that one time.
“What? What? It’s hatching?” Marble said, as he scurried back to the side to watch the Blue egg crack up. “Oh my God!” Marble said with the exact same giddiness when he originally discovered the Egg.

*CRACK*

“Articuno!” said the baby Articuno chick.
“Yes! I now have an Articuno!” Marble said, excited at his acquirement. “This is really going to help me become a Dragon Master!” Marble said ironically.
“Faaaather.” a voice suddenly said, speaking from the baby Articuno chick. “I haaaave story!”
“What? You can talk?” Marble said.
“My mother waaanted me to tell you this story once. After I saaaay, I will never speak agaaaain.” The Articuno Chick said.
“Then tell me, what is the message?” Marble said to his Articuno.
“Mother has been captured by an evil Pokemon trainer named Jaaaason. This will lead to a big conflict when she as well as the three other Legendary Pokemon are put together. We must saaaaave Mother! Jaaaaason is soon to go to his base, where the Grand Orchestration will take place. Now, I go silent....” The Articuno chick said.
“Wait, thats it?” Marble said. “That didn’t make much sense.”
“Articuno!” the Articuno chick said, apparently never speaking again.
“But you say Jason is an evil Pokemon trainer. Hmmm” Marble said. “Funnily enough, it was because of what I thought was his kindness, I acquired you in the first place.”
“Articuno!” said the Articuno chick.
Marble stood up and looked towards the sky. “What is going on in the Pokemon World?” Marble asked to himself.

Chapter 91: The Beginning of the Initiation

It was a dark, cloudy evening. A Large cargo helicopter with a red R on it floated through the air, eventually descending and landing on a tennis court. A couple of vans pulled up to greet the many Team Rocket cohorts that exited the aircraft. “My loyal team members.” said Giovanni, Boss of Team Rocket. “Our elite team of infiltrators led by myself have uncovered the location of what we seek.”
“Our location is on Lubbers Island.” Alex said, who had accompanied Giovanni along with the Assassin. “This is roughly 15 miles to the West of Shaba Island, where we are now.”
“For now, I want you all to lay low. Take a rest in one of the hotel rooms I’ve purchased for you.” Giovanni said. “Even more reinforcements are to arrive, and once we’ve maintained contact with our sea travel management, we will then begin our initiation.”
“Until then, we have a murder mission to take care of.” said the Assassin.
“Rest up, this is going to be a grand conflict. Our plans never took off in West Town, but Team Rocket will make its comeback this time!” Giovanni said, as he, the Assassin and Alex, entered into one of their vans and drove off.

It was 2AM at the Shaba Boat Harbour Resort. Jason, Sabrina and Lt. Surge had had enough partying and liquor for one night, and were walking up to their hotel room. Jason was still mounted onto his Rapidash. The three were halfway up the hill, by the fork going back down the hill where a stone stairway up to a memorial was.

*POOM!*

A loud noise was heard and Jason, his Rapidash and Sabrina & Lt. Surge were entangled by a net. “What is this? Who would dare to entrap me?” Jason said.
“Hahahaha!” Laughed an evil trio descending from the trees around the memorial.

“To attack the world with Devastation!
To wipe all mankind within each nation!
To promote the evils of hate and Love!
To stretch our goal from right above!” The three said in unison.

“Giovanni!”
“Alex!”
“Assassin!”

“New Team Rocket, orbiting around at the speed of light!” The three said in unison.
“Surrender, now. Or prepare to fight!” said Alex.
Jake had suddenly appeared, walking through the Tunnel to Below the Boardwalk, upon noticing New Team Rocket, he posed ready for battle. “Giovanni, Alex, Assassin! What are you doing in the Southern Islands?” Jake asked.
“Huh? Oh no! Not more trouble.” Giovanni said. “Now look, I don’t need two of you gumming up my big plan.”
“Oh yeah? Too bad.” Jake said, taking out a Poke Ball. “I have a bone to pick with all three of you, how convenient that all of you appear before me. Go Scizor!”
“Scizor!” said Scizor, who appeared much, much more confident in battle since evolving. Its days of abuse it had clearly gotten over.
“Scizor, attack Giovanni!” Jake commanded.
“Scizor!” Scizor acknowledged, and it launched quickly to Giovanni, slashing him in the arm.
“AAAAGH!” Giovanni screamed as he fell onto the floor.
“Giovanni!” said Alex, he and the Assassin looking down to him.
“Ugh!” Giovanni said getting up. “It’s okay, its not like I’ve been shot. You two take care of things. I have to go for the sake of our mission!” Giovanni then ran off.
By this point, Jason had gotten free from the net, along with Sabrina and Lt. Surge. “So, Giovanni is apparently intent on killing me. Why?” Jason asked.
“Your quest for “every Legendary in existence” is a burden to our current mission. We are worried you will find out since you too are within close range.” Alex said.
“You’re not ever going to stop me.” Jason said.
“This is madness! I’m sorry, but I gotta intervene.” Jake said at the tunnel. “Go Pikablu!” he said, throwing a Poke Ball.
“Pikablu!” said Pikablu.
“Go Blastoise!” said the Assassin, throwing his own Poke Ball.
“Blastoise!” said the Assassin’s Blastoise.
“Alright, here’s the plan. Pikablu, use Torpedo and shoot to Alex and the Assassin, but you’ll need backup, go Porygon 2!” Jake said, throwing another Poke Ball.
“Pooorygon!” said Porygon 2.
“Pika!” said Pikablu, charging its body with yellow electricity and then shot as an electric Torpedo to Alex and the Assassin.
“Blastoise, try shoot it down with Hydro Pump!” The Assassin commanded.
“Blastoise!” Blastoise said, and it then shot blasts of water to try shoot down Pikablu.
“Porygon 2, use Psybeam on Blastoise!” Jake commanded to Porygon 2.
“Porygon!” said Porygon 2, and it shot a multi-colored beam to Blastoise.
“Blast!” said Blastoise, and it then had a Confused look in its eyes.
“Hah! Good!” Jake said.
“Shit!” the Assassin said.
“Pikablu, now use Thunder!” Jake commanded, as Pikablu was at Alex and the Assassin.
“Uh oh!” Alex said.

*BOOM*

A Large electric bolt smacked down on the ground, blasting Alex and the Assassin off.
“You have won this time, but our goal is still on! Team Rocket is going nowhere!” Alex said, as he and the Assassin twinkled off in the night sky air.

“Wow, did you see that Jessie?” asked James, sitting in the front of a dinghy in the Boat Harbour.
“How interesting to see someone else Blast off for once.” Jessie responded, in the back of the dinghy.

“Blastoise!” said the Assassin’s Blastoise, still hanging around and still Confused from the Psybeam attack. “Blast!” Blastoise said, launching a Hydro Pump attack toward the location of Jason’s Rapidash.
“NYAAAA!” Rapidash neighed in agony, as it was struck by the heavy Hydro Pump.
“Rapidash!” Jason screamed, as Rapidash was launched into the railings of the hotel balconies. Rapidash then fell onto the ground, all the flaming mane had been put out and its skin turned pale. “Rapidash, come on, you’re all right. Come on! Come on!” Jason kept insisting.
“Um, News Flash, she’s dead.” Lt. Surge said, regarding Jason’s Rapidash. Jason stood up.
“She was my first Pokemon...” Jason said, not being too apparently grief-stricken. Jason then developed an evil look in his eyes. Jason then walked towards Jake, staring at him as he continued further, eventually passing Jake altogether and disappearing into the Tunnel.
“Jason...” said Jake.

Chapter 90: Inner Secrets

It was a mildly cloudy day in the swampy Marl Islands to the West of Shaba Island in the Southern Islands. Amongst the quiet atmosphere and the bonefish in the shallow sea waters, a Purple convertible shot through the seas, modified to work over water. It was Jake, and he was making a stop at Shaba Island to prepare himself for the last Southern Island Gym in Hole in the Island. “We will be arriving at Shaba Island within 5 minutes.” said the familiar, computerized, feminine voice of Jake’s Porygon, now a Porygon 2 and responsible for altering Jake’s car.
“Awesome! Hope to catch some rest while there!” Jake said, and he continued on driving, until all of a sudden, the skies turned grey and rainy. “Huh? Oh no!” Jake said, and he sped up, seeming in desperation.

On Shaba Island, at the Great Shaba Boat Harbour Resort, Jason and his cohorts, Sabrina and Lt. Surge were walking around the bar and pool, close to one of the restaurants. Jason had still borne a stringent look in his eyes. “Sabrina, tell me, how is Mewtwo doing?” Jason asked.
“Mewtwo will be able to walk by tonight.” Sabrina answered. “But master, I really think you should stop relying on Mewtwo so much. I know how overpowered the Psychic type is as much as you do, but as you have witnessed yourself, Mewtwo isn’t unstoppable.”
“I don’t care about that anymore.” Jason responded. “That was on official Pokemon Battle, I was only allowed to use Mewtwo. But I have all four official Kanto Legendaries. I have Secrets about them.”
“What the hell have you been doing?” Lt. Surge intervened. “You keep jabbering on about Secrets, and you’ve been increasingly going mad.”
“I have to agree...” Sabrina said. Jason then stepped forward, and twisted his head so his stringent eyes met Sabrina & Lt. Surge’s.
“Well, maybe someday you will find out about them.” Jason answered, with a surprising different tone.

Jake was driving east of the Shaba Island coast. He was quickly distracted by several yachts in one of the harbors. “Wow! Awesome! I got plenty of money, I know where I’m going!” Jake said, as he pulled into the harbor of the Great Shaba Boat Harbour Resort.
Jake had gotten off at the closest dock, thankfully it was high tide, making it easy to get out of his car. “Porygon 2, exit out!” Jake commanded.
“Pooooor!” Porygon 2 said as it materialized out of the car, causing it to sink without buoyancy. Jake promptly recalled his car into its Item Ball.
“Alrighty then!” Jake said, walking down the pier and taking in the fresh, briny air. It looked like there was a market up ahead. Jake approached.

In the market, the moods were vibrant and the tourists were enjoying their Banana Daiquiri's and Bush Whackers. Kids playing volleyball and limbo, and swimming in the pool were aplenty. There were many booths offering fresh local island produce. “Nice to finally see something a bit more laid back.” Jake said, after observing the many “party” islands. Just then a particular trio caught Jake’s eye. “Hey, wait a minute...” Jake said, squinting to distinguish each of their faces, all of which Jake was familiar with.
It was Alex, the Assassin, and Giovanni, boss of Team Rocket. “What? What are the three of them doing together? What are they planning?” Jake asked himself. “And this is the first time I’ve SEEN the Assassin since he murdered Ash! Just who is he?” Suddenly, Giovanni, Alex and the Assassin walked away. Jake quickly hid behind a vendor booth to avoid being sighted. The three eventually left the area. “Phew, that was a close one!” Jake said.
“Ah bey! You wanna buy some conch or crawfish bey?” asked a local vendor behind the booth. Jake looked at the vendor’s pure white shellfish meat. “You guys eat that? That’s disgusting!” Jake said. “Ah well. Guess there’s only one thing to do. POOL TIME!” Jake said, taking off his clothes and tossing his four Poke Ball’s.
“Beedrill!” said Beedrill.
“Pika!” said Pikablu.
“Poooor!” said Porygon 2
“Scizor!” said Scizor.
Jake and his Pokemon then played in the resort pool.

Meanwhile, in the Below the Boardwalk Restaurant at the Shaba Resort, Jason, Sabrina and Lt. Surge were just finishing a fancy meal. “I’ll take care of the bills guys.” Jason said, as the waiter carried away their plates. The waiter returned with the bill. “I realize I’ve been a bit of a jerk, and I’m sorry.”
“Apology accepted, I guess.” Lt. Surge responded.
“Yeah, sure.” Sabrina said.
Jason’s face then returned to his stringent look. “I’m just going to be veeerrrrryyyy angry if my ultimate plan is foiled. Everyone thinks I captured all four of the Legendaries because I was greedy, but no. I have a plan to become the most Powerful Pokemon Trainer the world will ever know.”
“You’re not serious!” Lt. Surge said. “Me and Sabrina are official Kanto Gym Leaders with connections to Pokemon World Politics, I’m not gonna stand for this!” Sabrina reacted with silence.
“You had better keep this a Secret.” Jason said to Lt. Surge. “You really should know by now I have the power to kill you.” Jason said with that evil look in his eyes. “Now let’s go!” Jason said, standing from the table, putting on his hood and walking out of the restaurant with his Gym Leader cohorts. Jason, Sabrina and Lt. Surge was at the upper end of the Boat Harbour Resort. To the south of them was the Market and Bar. “Tonight seems like a good night for a ride.” Jason said, taking out one of his Poke Ball’s. “Go Rapidash!”
“NNNYYAAAA!” Rapidash said, as it was released from its Poke Ball for the first time in awhile. Jason mounted onto his Rapidash, and the three walked south towards the Market.

Jake was merrily prancing down the pier at night drinking a drink made from Butterscotch, Banana, Baileys and Kahlua. “Iiii swear! This drink is just genius!” Jake said to himself, guzzling down the 100% alcohol cocktail. “Ah! near-Full Moon tonight!” Jake said, admiring his favorite moon in the dark, autumn night. “Ah, I can’t wait for it to get cold!” Jake said, and then he spotted an upcoming flaming thing. “Hey! Is that a Pokemon!?” Jake said, approaching the fire horse Rapidash. “Wow, with all these “Chris, Steve & Bob” adventures I’ve been having lately, its nice to see some actual Pokemon for once.”
“Hey, wait a minute!” said the hooded man riding the Rapidash.
“Huh?” Jake said, looking up in horror at the hooded face of Jason, the Pokemon Trainer responsible for damaging the Pokemon World.
“It’s YOU! I’m not talking to you.” Jason said rudely.
“Jason, you need to STOP what you’re doing. You’re destroying everything around.” Jake said. “I know what revealing more of your Secrets will cause, but I’d rather die than let you go without trying to stop it.”
“Hahahaha!” Jason laughed evilly while halting his Rapidash. “You don’t know all of my Secrets. Tell them all, I have a copy of Red in my position.” Jason said, putting his hand into his pocket, and patting in. “Only one other person actually  knows all my Secrets, and I’ve essentially killed him.”
“Jason, you are awful. You will be thwarted.” Jake said. Jason looked away, and his Rapidash carried him away, leaving Jake to look onward as Jason vanished.
